  1. Door structure

    In normal operation, the pneumatic shield-shaped rubber dam allows overflow at the top to form a water landscape. In order to prevent the gate from tipping upstream when the water level on the downstream side is high or under the action of wind, a foldable safety restraint belt is provided on the downstream side of the door body, and the restraint belt is made of high-strength synthetic rubber.
    The door structure of the pneumatic shield-shaped rubber dam is simple, and the manufacturing and processing strength is low. The domestic manufacturing level can fully meet the use requirements, so the steel components of the door structure can be produced and purchased in China.
    The door structure was originally designed for hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion, the process is complex, the requirements for the anti-corrosion site are very high, and the color is single and the cost is high. Combining engineering application requirements and domestic actual conditions, ceramic paint was finally used for anti-corrosion. Although the anti-corrosion period is shorter than the original design, it can fully meet the engineering requirements. It has the advantages of simple process, easy repair and low cost, especially the color of the gate can be flexibly selected according to the requirements, and the landscape effect is good.
  2. Water stop type
    Because the door has many sections, the water requirements are very high. Pneumatic shield-shaped rubber dam is controlled in zones. Rubber is used for water-stopping at the door zones and sealed by water pressure; strip rubbers are used for non-zoned parts, which are pressed against the panel by a pressure plate. The lateral water stop at both ends is a P-type water stop, which forms a seal with the pier plate.
    Regarding the water stop material, a comparison was made between rubber and plastic water seals and polyester reinforced rubber. At present, the rubber and plastic water seals commonly used on hydraulic steel gates in the pot are cheap, but have poor wear resistance, short life, and high maintenance costs. , And the friction is greater than polyester reinforced rubber, the door body must have a larger weight to ensure the door body inverted, if the rubber film falls off during operation, it may affect the normal opening and closing of the door. Polyester reinforced rubber is an imported product with a higher price, but it has the advantages of low friction and strong wear resistance. It has a greatly increased working life and does not require regular maintenance and replacement. It is more suitable for use in urban water conservancy projects. After comparison, polyester reinforced rubber is selected as the water seal material.
  3. Embedding type
    The connection between the inflatable airbag and the supporting structure is one of the core technologies of the pneumatic gate. First, fix the root angle steel, the main anchor bolt, and the wedge angle steel on the river bed, adjust them in place, and pour the concrete. The casting fixture is connected with the main anchor bolt and supported on the root angle steel. The airbag is supported on the wedge angle steel. The top is turned over to the upstream side of the panel, and it is pressed and fixed by the casting fixture, and is fixed to the door body through the hinged cover plate and pressure plate.
    The embedded parts of the pneumatic gate are simple and difficult to manufacture. All steel structural parts can be purchased domestically.
    At present, the sealing water seat surface of hydraulic steel gates in China often uses stainless steel plates. Because the opening and closing curves of pneumatic gates are fan-shaped, if stainless steel is used, the processing volume is large, and the surface finish is not easy to guarantee, which affects the sealing effect and only has a large weight. Installation is complicated.
  4. Airbag
    Pneumatic shield-shaped rubber dams and rubber dams are operated by airbags. Due to completely different materials and properties, their service life is also quite different.
